three hundred years of collectable glass in one day

The Cambridge Glass Fair
Aubergine Whitefriars Glass

about us

We first started collecting glass around 2000 - with me it was Carnival Glass and with Terri it was Murano. To be fair, a lot of the blame must fall on our next door neighbour as she has been a collector since the early sixties, having travelled around Italy by train picking up the odd piece, and for us it has gone from a hobby to serious collecting. It's nice to share an interest together even if it becomes an obsession !!! We have made so many friends over the years from all walks of life with so much knowledge which they are happy to pass on that it's more like a big family working together. We also feel happy to pass on a bit of knowledge to anyone who shows an interest. We gain great satistfaction from selling an item of glass to a person who buys it 'just because they love it'.
